The Studio is a self contained ground floor apartment attached to Greenacre, the owner's home. It has been recently refurbished to offer comfortable, spacious and well presented selfcatering accommodation for two or three people.

 You can relax in Greenacre's large gardens which look out over the river Wye to the Black Mountains and Hay Bluff, or enjoy a barbeque on the patio in the evening. Hay-on-Wye with its plethora of book shops is only a few miles away. 

  The accommodation comprises of:

• A large well fitted dining kitchen
• Sitting room with television, easy chair and sofabed
• Bathroom with shower,wash basin and toilet
• Double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers
• Leading off the bedroom is a conservatory which leads to a patio and the gardens
• A cot and high chair are available on request
